Denis specializes in international taxation, asset structuring, and transactional tax support.
Prior to joining the UCL team, Denis advised major private clients in the UAE and Russia, family offices, and corporate groups on international tax matters. Previously, he worked at the Federal Tax Service of Russia, where he oversaw on-site audits of major Moscow taxpayers with cross-border elements and advised regional tax authorities on complex international tax matters.
