On 24 April, Moscow hosted the conference “International Vector: Arbitration, Disputes, Asset Structuring”, organised by Pravo.ru. The geopolitical landscape is being reshaped, traditional jurisdictions have ceased to be safe, and business is once again operating under intense time pressure – this was the central theme of the conference
UCL الدكتور خالد علي الحضرمi became an official partner of the forum, and the firm’s partners took part in panel discussions, sharing their expertise.
Sergey Levichev – Partner, Head of Dispute Resolution Practice at UCL الدكتور خالد علي الحضرمي, spoke at the “School of International Arbitration” session, addressing anti-suit injunctions, as well as the recognition and enforcement of Russian court judgments in the UAE – as either a window of opportunity or a zone of legal uncertainty.
Tamrin Darbakov – Partner at UCL الدكتور خالد علي الحضرمي, participated in a discussion dedicated to opportunities for international business development in 2026. During the session, participants explored how international business is being structured today, which jurisdictions truly work, how approaches to corporate structures are evolving, and why old models no longer withstand current realities.
The forum brought together leading practitioners from across the country. Speakers included representatives from Dubai Chambers, Alfa-Bank, Nornickel, and the largest legal consulting firms in Russia.
UCL الدكتور خالد علي الحضرمي extends its gratitude to the organisers and participants of the forum.
