Ghirish climbed his first career ladder step in the Banking World, joining Deutsche Bank Mauritius in 2003. He was part of the Fiduciary Services and moved 6 months to Deutsche Bank London where he deepened his euthusiam in the Offshore Sector and handling various projects in Guernsey, Jersey, Singapore, Manilla and Germany. His work shadow brought a tremendous experience and exposure for the Mauritius Office.
He then joined an Offshore Service Provider in Mauritius, London Global Business Solutions Ltd in 2008 as Corporate Services Manager. Ghirish mastered almost every process in Operations, Accounting, Fund Administration and today heads the Business Development Unit.
