Yana is responsible for client interaction, advisory on banking services, and project management.

Before joining UCL, she coordinated and managed complex international projects involving 22 Arab countries of the Middle East and North Africa, and organized specialized forums, congresses, and exhibition events. She successfully organized over 20 industry-focused business missions and roadshows. Yana has facilitated partner selection for initiatives in agriculture, petrochemicals, forestry, and the IT sector. She supported high-priority investment projects at the governmental level, including within Intergovernmental Commissions, by maintaining close relations with the business community of the Russian-Arab Business Council. She has also been actively involved in supporting women's entrepreneurship, engaging businesswomen from Russia and the Gulf countries (UAE, Oman, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar). This included networking, meetings and negotiations, drafting memorandums and cooperation agreements, and public promotion of relevant initiatives.
