Kaushik has experience in drafting legal agreements, contracts and powers of attorney, and in providing corporate services relating to company formation and all related matters, including trademark registration and Land Department and real estate registrations.
He has been liaising with various government departments and free zones: Dubai Land Department (DLD), Meydan Free Zone, Ajman Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
