Alexander has over 10 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, corporate disputes, and other commercial litigation. Since 2019, he has been a licensed attorney with the Moscow City Bar Association.

He graduated with honours from the specialist degree programme and completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, earning a PhD in Law. He combines legal practice with teaching at Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
