Another landmark event for the legal sector took place during the SPBILF days – SPB Legal Day.
Traditionally, the event was held in a roundtable format. Participants discussed current litigation issues, talked about the modern M&A market, as well as international law and international cooperation in the new realities.
Managing Partner Alexander Kukuyev and Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Sergey Levichev took part in the roundtable on international law and international cooperation. Sergey delivered a report on the topic “International Dispute Resolution Practice: Developing International Ties to Enhance Efficiency”.
Sergey shared his experience working with new legal structures and discussed the specifics of regulating law firm activities using the UAE as an example. In his speech, Sergey also emphasized the importance of developing international connections in resolving international disputes.
