She specializes in company and holding registration support in the UAE, including in free economic zones.
Before joining UCL, she worked on corporate law and immigration-related projects. She has experience in international business structuring and cross-border transaction support. She has provided legal assistance in various jurisdictions, including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the UAE, China, and EU countries. Aliya began her professional career at the Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law.
