The forum featured panel sessions dedicated to customs disputes, banking and finance, dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, unfair competition, corporate law, insolvency, procurement on trading platforms in Belarus and Russia, personal data, problematic issues in advertising, and many other current topics.
Ratmir Proskurnov, Partner and Head of International Regulatory Practice at UCL الدكتور خالد علي الحضرمي, spoke at the forum on the topic “UAE and Mauritius: Advantageous Solutions for Business.” Ratmir shared practical experience in structuring business in these jurisdictions and discussed the opportunities that the UAE and Mauritius offer to international companies and private clients.
